All too often I see people and companies charging ahead with the rest of the pack because that is the direction they have been told to go or they are too scared to branch out on their own and choose a different path.  I understand this to some degree, making a recommendation to go against what seems to be the safe choice can be risky.  But it is important to remember that just blindly following the masses has it’s own set of risks as well.

Those individuals that are willing to take the risk and decide to follow their gut withwhat they know to be the right decision despite of all the distractors that are out there, are the folks that will truly succeed.
