Having the right tools is half the battle!
Below are the items I use on a near daily basis to assist with web development, Omniture tagging, jQuery.. and such. I stake no claim that these are the best tools for the job, just the ones I happen to use.

- Eclipse / CFEclipse – my IDE of choice
- Gimp – free image edit tool
- Paint.net – free image edit tool
- Pidgin – IM client of choice
- CCleaner – Helps keep your pc running squeaky clean.
